Seth resides in San Diego, California and is a partner to Lauren for 12 years, a son, a friend, a Project Manager, a returned Peace Corps volunteer, and a RELAC member.

Seth’s commitment to dismantling racism and achieving racial equity blossomed as part of the SCALE initiative where all the RELAC members met. His commitment is to use his power and privilege, personally and professionally, to work towards dismantling racism. Working with people of color and white people who are focused on racial equity is enormously gratifying and meaningful.

People who have been and continually are thriving amongst racism and societal division give Seth hope. Those who have survived and are thriving while generously showing him grace, positivity, and kindness bring hope for real improvement in the world.

Playing recreational beach volleyball, brewing kombucha, and finding new experiences to enjoy with others brings Seth joy.
