RELAC grew out of the Spreading Community Accelerators through Learning & Evaluation initiative sponsored by 100 Million Healthier Lives, convened by the Institute for Healthcare Improvement and generously supported by
the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.
Our vision is to dismantle racism and achieve racial equity.
Our mission is to walk alongside organizations to help them develop the empathy, capacity, healing, and action needed to advance racial equity.
We have been working to promote equity together since 2015 and apply improvement science to
advance racial justice in organizations and communities across the United States.
